Instructions

  2. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  3. Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar.
  4. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add vanilla extract and food coloring, mix gently.
  6. Fold in the almond flour mixture.
  7. Pipe onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  8. Let sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Let cool completely.
  11. Prepare filling by mixing butter, powdered sugar, and raspberry jam.
  12. Sandwich filling between two macaron shells.
