Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the sauce.
  4. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in one layer.
  5. Cook the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Put rice into two bowls.
  7. Add the salmon and vegetables to your bowls.
  8. Top with sesame seeds.
