Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  4. Fold in the chopped vegetables.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
