Description

Ingredients
- Raw mango – 1 cup, chopped
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup, grated
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Neem flowers – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Combine raw mango, jaggery, and water in a bowl.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add neem flowers and lemon juice.
- Stir until jaggery dissolves.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less jaggery.
- Use fresh neem flowers for best flavor.
