Description
A rich and gooey triple chocolate skillet cookie baked in a cast iron skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in all three types of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased cast iron skillet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with additional chocolate chips before baking.
