Instructions
- Marinate the beef cubes with garlic, onion, bell pepper, black pepper, salt, lime juice, thyme, and paprika for at least 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated beef cubes to the skillet.
- Fry the beef until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with rice or plantains.
