Crispy tandoori fries served with a flavorful garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, tandoori masala, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Toss the fries in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and cilantro to make the garlic sauce.
- Serve the fries hot with the garlic sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less tandoori masala.
