  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, tandoori masala, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the fries in the spice mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and cilantro to make the garlic sauce.
  8. Serve the fries hot with the garlic sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
