Instructions
- Pat scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- Heat beef tallow in a skillet over high heat.
- Once hot, add scallops to the skillet.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle lemon juice over scallops before serving.
