- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 0.5 cup water
- 8 corn taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked Mexican rice
- 2 cups warm refried beans
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
- Drain the fat from the pan.
- Mix in the taco seasoning and water.
- Simmer the meat for five minutes.
- Heat the shells in your oven for five minutes at 350 degrees.
- Fill each shell with the beef.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve with rice and beans on the side.

- Use lean beef to reduce grease.
- Store leftovers in your fridge in a sealed container.
