Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 8 corn taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked Mexican rice
  • 2 cups warm refried beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Drain the fat from the pan.
  3. Mix in the taco seasoning and water.
  4. Simmer the meat for five minutes.
  5. Heat the shells in your oven for five minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Fill each shell with the beef.
