- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, chili paste, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the beef ribs with the marinade.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the oven for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
