Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread, soaked in milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add minced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Mix in curry powder, apricot jam, vinegar, salt, pepper, bread, and raisins.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the meat.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden on top.
