Instructions

  1. Mix the sourdough discard, warm milk, and honey in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the flour until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
  4. Knead the salt and baking soda into the dough.
  5. Roll the dough on a floured surface to 1 inch thickness.
  6. Cut out rounds using a biscuit cutter or a glass.
  7. Dust both sides of each round with cornmeal.
  8. Heat a skillet over low heat and cook each side for 7 minutes.
