Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Wagyu beef ribs
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup liquid smoke or wood chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Rub the spice mix all over the beef ribs.
  4. If using wood chips, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  5. Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down.
  6. Add liquid smoke to the smoker or place soaked wood chips in the smoker box.
  7. Smoke the ribs for 6-8 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 200°F.
  8. Remove the ribs and let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
  • For extra flavor, wrap the ribs in foil halfway through cooking.
