Texas-style smoked Wagyu beef ribs with rich flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 lbs Wagyu beef ribs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke or wood chips
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the spice mix all over the beef ribs.
- If using wood chips, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down.
- Add liquid smoke to the smoker or place soaked wood chips in the smoker box.
- Smoke the ribs for 6-8 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 200°F.
- Remove the ribs and let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
- For extra flavor, wrap the ribs in foil halfway through cooking.
- Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
