- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Set your pellet grill to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Dry the chicken with paper towels.
- Apply olive oil to the skin.
- Rub the spices onto the meat.
- Put the chicken on the grill.
- Smoke the meat for 60 minutes.
- Turn the heat up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the chicken from the grill.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
