- 4 beef marrow bones
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place the marrow bones on the smoker rack.
- Smoke the bones for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
- Toast the slices on a grill or in the oven until golden.
- Remove the bones from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Scoop the marrow onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley before serving.
