Ingredients
- Bone marrow bones – 4 pieces
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Baguette – 1, sliced
- Fresh parsley – 1 cup, chopped
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 1 clove, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Season the bone marrow bones with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the bones in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour.
- While the bones smoke, prepare the parsley salad by combining parsley, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
- Once the bone marrow is done, remove from the smoker and scoop the marrow onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Top with parsley salad and serve immediately.

- Choose bones that are cut lengthwise for easier serving.
