Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add diced tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Make four wells in the sauce. Crack an egg into each well.
  6. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
  7. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  8. Serve in wraps, garnished with parsley.
