Description

A delicious Korean dish made with rice paper and spicy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g rice paper
  • 300g fish cakes
  • 100g cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
  2. In a pot, combine water, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add fish cakes and cabbage to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soaked rice paper to the pot. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil on top and mix.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Can add vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for more flavor.
