Description
A delicious Korean dish made with rice paper and spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 200g rice paper
- 300g fish cakes
- 100g cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
- In a pot, combine water, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Add fish cakes and cabbage to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add soaked rice paper to the pot. Stir well.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Drizzle sesame oil on top and mix.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Can add vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for more flavor.
