Description
Rice Paper Tteokbokki is a unique twist on the traditional Korean dish, featuring chewy rice cakes rolled in rice paper.
Ingredients

- 200g rice cakes
- 5 rice papers
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Soak the rice papers in warm water until soft.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the rice cakes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the rice cakes.
- Place a rice cake on a softened rice paper and roll it up.
- Repeat with remaining rice cakes.
- Serve with chopped green onions on top.
