A delicious dessert with a crumbly topping and a sweet raspberry filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and blend until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine raspberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Spread the raspberry mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or cold.
- Try adding nuts for extra texture.
