Rich and creamy raspberry cheesecake brownies with a chocolate base.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Add raspberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Spoon the remaining brownie batter over the raspberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on the tartness of raspberries.
