Ingredients

- 200g sugar
Instructions
- Soak dried apricots in water for 4 hours.
- Drain the apricots and blend them with fresh water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Add sugar to the strained liquid and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
