- 1 avocado sliced

- 2 tablespoons sriracha mayo
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place salmon cubes in a bowl
- Toss salmon with soy sauce and sesame oil
- Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook salmon for 8 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness
- Divide cooked rice into two bowls
- Place cooked salmon on top of the rice
- Add avocado cucumber and edamame to each bowl
- Drizzle sriracha mayo over the top
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
