- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 sliced green onions
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the excess fat from the pan.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute.
- Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and simmer for two minutes.
- Serve the beef over warm rice.
- Garnish with green onions.
