Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Nori strips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 18 minutes.
  3. Remove rice from heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, and green onions.
  5. Once rice is ready, fluff it with a fork and divide it among bowls.
  6. Top rice with tuna mixture, edamame, and avocado slices.
  7. Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Garnish with nori strips.
