Description

  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce mix

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. Place half the muffin cubes in the dish
  3. Top with chopped Canadian bacon
  4. Add the remaining muffin cubes
  5. Whisk eggs milk cream onion powder salt and pepper in a bowl
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the muffins
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours
  8. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  9. Bake for 45 minutes until the eggs set
  10. Prepare hollandaise sauce and pour over the casserole before serving
