- 4 pounds beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the sugar and spices in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture over the meat.
- Put the brisket in a roasting pan with the fat side up.
- Pour the beef broth and vinegar into the pan.
- Cover the pan with foil.
- Bake the meat for four hours.
- Remove the pan from the oven.
- Let the meat rest for 20 minutes.
- Slice the brisket against the grain.

- Save the pan juices for the meat.
