Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain the fat from your pan.
  3. Add the onion and cook until it is soft.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and water.
  5. Simmer for five minutes until the liquid is gone.
  6. Heat oil in a separate pan.
  7. Place a tortilla in the pan and add beef and cheese.
  8. Fold the tortilla and fry both sides until it is crispy.
