- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in your skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the fat from your pan.
- Add the onion and cook until it is soft.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water.
- Simmer for five minutes until the liquid is gone.
- Heat oil in a separate pan.
- Place a tortilla in the pan and add beef and cheese.
- Fold the tortilla and fry both sides until it is crispy.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
- Use flour tortillas for a soft texture.
- Add sliced jalapeños for heat.
