Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  7. If desired, mix in vegetable oil to thin out the chocolate.
  8. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
