Instructions

- In a bowl, beat eggs and pour into a separate heated skillet.
- Cook eggs until set but still slightly runny on top.
- Place the rice mixture on one half of the omelette.
- Fold the omelette over the rice and slide onto a plate.
- Drizzle demiglace sauce over the top before serving.
