- 200g white chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g matcha powder
- 2 large eggs
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the matcha powder with hot water to make a paste.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
- Add the matcha paste and vanilla extract to the egg mixture.
- Fold in the melted chocolate and whipped cream until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined terrine mold.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Let the terrine sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream if desired.
