Ingredients

- 1 lb ground halal beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
- Warm taco shells in the oven.
- Fill each taco shell with beef mixture.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
- Top with sour cream before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less taco seasoning.
- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
