Description
A fresh and healthy Lebanese salad made with parsley, tomatoes, and bulgur.
Ingredients

- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak bulgur wheat in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, mint, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Season with salt to taste and serve chilled.

- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
