Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add boiled potatoes to the skillet.
  6. Stir in red chili flakes, cumin, and salt.
  7. Cook until potatoes are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and fold in chopped cilantro.
  9. Serve warm.
