Description
Lebanese Batata Harra is a spicy and flavorful dish made with potatoes, garlic, and cilantro.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and let cool slightly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add boiled potatoes to the skillet.
- Stir in red chili flakes, cumin, and salt.
- Cook until potatoes are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in chopped cilantro.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
- Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
