- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
