- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each chicken breast until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing chicken on a slice of milk bread, add shredded cabbage, and drizzle with sauce.
- Top with another slice of bread and cut in half to serve.
