Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add capers, lemon juice, and lemon zest; cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in parsley and remove from heat.
- Serve swordfish topped with lemon caper sauce.
