Description
You make bowls from bread loaves and fill them with spaghetti and meat sauce. You top them with cheese and bake until the cheese melts.

- 4 mini Italian bread loaves
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook your spaghetti in boiling water as the package directs.
- Brown your ground beef in a large skillet.
- Drain the fat from your skillet.
- Pour your marinara sauce over the beef and stir.
- Mix your cooked spaghetti into the meat sauce.
- Cut a rectangle out of the top of each bread loaf and remove the bread inside.
- Melt your butter and stir in the minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter inside each bread bowl.
- Fill your bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top each bowl with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake your bowls on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Save the bread centers for dipping.
- Use a serrated knife to cut the bread easily.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
