Description
These sandwiches use cucumbers and cream cheese. You can make them for lunch or parties.

- 1 large cucumber
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Dry the cucumber slices with a paper towel.
- Mix the cream cheese dill and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread.
- Place the cucumber slices on two bread pieces.
- Season the cucumbers with salt and pepper.
- Top with the other bread slices.
- Remove the crusts and cut the sandwiches into triangles.

- Use English cucumbers for fewer seeds.
- Chill the sandwiches before you serve them.
