- 2 duck breasts
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crosshatch pattern.
- Season duck breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place duck breasts skin-side down.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the duck breasts and cook for another 4-6 minutes until desired doneness.
- Remove duck from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add blackberries, red wine, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the duck breasts and serve with the blackberry sauce.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
