  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crosshatch pattern.
  2. Season duck breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place duck breasts skin-side down.
  4. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  5. Flip the duck breasts and cook for another 4-6 minutes until desired doneness.
  6. Remove duck from the skillet and let it rest.
  7. In the same skillet, add blackberries, red wine, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
  8. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Slice the duck breasts and serve with the blackberry sauce.
