Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets – 10
- Ground pork – 200g
- Cabbage, finely chopped – 100g
- Carrot, grated – 1 medium
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Ginger, grated – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Oil for frying – as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold the edges to form a flower shape.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry dumplings until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- You can use any ground meat or tofu for the filling.
- Adjust the vegetables based on your preference.
