Description
A simple and tangy cranberry sauce for your meals.
Ingredients
- Fresh cranberries – 12 ounces
- Granulated sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Orange zest – 1 teaspoon
- Orange juice – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries.
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Add the cranberries and cook until they pop, about 10 minutes.
- Add orange zest and juice, stirring to combine.
- Remove from heat and let cool. It will thicken as it cools.
