A delicious chicken cordon bleu casserole with turkey rashers instead of ham.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey rashers, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, turkey rashers, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the Swiss cheese with your favorite cheese.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
