  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. In another bowl, combine feta, mozzarella, and parsley.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a circle.
  7. Place cheese filling in the center and fold to form a boat shape.
  8. Brush with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
