Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine feta, mozzarella, and parsley.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a circle.
- Place cheese filling in the center and fold to form a boat shape.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
