Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 roasted canoe bones
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Remove the marrow from the roasted canoe bones and add it to the pan.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Optional: add green onions for garnish.
