Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Remove the marrow from the roasted canoe bones and add it to the pan.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot.
