- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup roasted bone marrow
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast bone marrow for 20-25 minutes until browned.
- Allow bone marrow to cool slightly, then scoop it out.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, roasted bone marrow, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Combine until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to parchment paper and roll into a log shape.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice and serve on your favorite dishes.
