- 4 tablespoons bone marrow, roasted
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the bone marrow for 15-20 minutes until it is soft.
- In a bowl, combine the roasted bone marrow and softened butter.
- Add minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and shape it into a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- Slice and serve on grilled meats.
