- 2 pounds beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rub the meat with oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brown all sides of the beef in a hot skillet.
- Place the meat on a roasting rack in the oven.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until the center reaches 135 degrees.
- Remove the beef and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Simmer wine and stock in the skillet over medium heat.
- Whisk in butter once the liquid reduces by half.
- Slice the beef and pour the sauce over it.
