Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Brown all sides of the beef in a hot skillet.
  4. Place the meat on a roasting rack in the oven.

  6. Remove the beef and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Simmer wine and stock in the skillet over medium heat.
  8. Whisk in butter once the liquid reduces by half.
  9. Slice the beef and pour the sauce over it.
