Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
- Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture on all sides of the beef.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the meat on each side.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan.
- Add the beef broth to the pan.
- Cover the pan tight with foil.
- Bake the meat for 4 hours.
- Remove the pan from the oven.
- Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes.
- Slice the beef against the grain.
