Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown.
- Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
- For the pistachio sauce, blend pistachios, water, and honey until smooth.
- Drizzle the pistachio sauce over the cheesecake before serving.
